Daniel K. Lee, Esq.


Dan is the firms founder and managing attorney with workers’ compensation experience commencing from 1988 and extending within the field for more than thirty years. Dan has had extensive experience with pre-trial case management, discovery, trial and appellate litigation and strives to aggressively move claims to conclusion by trial or settlement in the most efficient, cost-effective and expeditious manner possible.​​

Dan has had extensive experience with litigation of underlying workers’ compensation claims, Labor Code sections 4553 and 132a claims, arbitration and specializes in the defense of lien claims.

Dan earned his undergraduate degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctorate from Whittier School of Law and is admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of California.

Having represented employers, insurance companies and third party administrators with well respected defense firms the nation’s largest employment and labor law firm and, having represented injured workers Dan has a well-rounded and experienced perspective with understanding of how to best defend workers’ compensation claims from both an applicant and defense perspective.

Barry Skolnick, Esq.

Barry Skolnick is a partner with our office having 33-years of experience in defense of Workers’ Compensation matters.   Barry has represented employers and insurance companies over the decades beginning his career in Workers’ Compensation in 2008 as a defense hearing representative and, has represented employers at the claims level as an Assistant Claims Manager and Claims Supervisor before being admitted to practice law since 2013.

Barry received his BA degree from California State University Northridge, CA and, his JD from Abraham Lincoln University, School of Law and is admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of California.  Mr. Skolnick is also admitted to the US District Court, Central District of California as of 2014.

Barry is focused upon prompt and expeditious resolution of claims by settlement or trial, has an in depth understanding of claims handling, evaluation and, resolution opportunities that our employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators appreciate.  Barry is always available to provide solid, dependable legal opinion and, understands the best approach to defend workers’ compensation claims so that they reach a disposition sooner rather than later.

Bee H. Kim, Esq.

Bee H. Kim is an associate with our office having passed the California Bar June 2020.  Bee’s legal experience includes representation of clients in the immigration and personal injury fields of law and, begins her career in Workers’ Compensation with us with a strong desire to excel in litigation defense.

Bee received her LLM degree from Regent University School of Law in Virgina and her JD from Handong International Law School and is admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of California. 

Bee is focused upon prompt and expeditious resolution of claims by settlement or trial, and strives to assist with claims handling, evaluation and, to achieve prompt resolution of our employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators matters.  Bee is always available to provide dependable legal opinion and, to provide the best approach to defend workers’ compensation claims so that they reach a disposition sooner rather than later.
